Rhonda Vaught
Principal Owner, Sales - Oregon/SW Washington
As the owner and leader of Hoyt NW, Rhonda Vaught is focused on continually evolving the agency’s relevancy and value through solid relationships, a wealth of experience and an elevated can-do attitude to deliver what customers, distributors and manufacturers need to be successful. She held previous sales and branch management roles within Platt. Then went on to an 18-year career with Hubbell Wiring Devices. The last 7 of those were as District Manager for a multi-state region.
Rhonda’s leadership style stems from a belief that relationships are core to life and business. The building and caretaking of alliances is a foremost priority for the competency of Hoyt NW. Rhonda thrives on creative collaboration and constant improvement, always noticing a way that a good thing could be better.
Outside of work, Rhonda loves hanging out at the Lewis River, especially when friends and family and grand dog are involved.
